Aside from being a devoted husband and father of three, Alex, an engineering graduate from Drexel University in Philadelphia, has been a pioneer in technology. - Extensive experience with Sophos, Webroot, Microsoft Defender, Kaseya RocketCyber, Datto EDR, etc.
- Enacted protection for email via SharePoint, Graphus, Microsoft, Proofpoint, etc.
- Enacted email backup via Spanning, ConnectWise, etc.
- Enacted file and network backup, including the utilization of onsite backup servers as well as cloud server to ensure business continuity if the main server fails
- In-depth experience in Unitrends, Carbonite, Veem, Axcient, etc.
- Proficient in running and interpreting Dark Web scans
- Set up cybersecurity training for clients using Bullphish, IDAgent, Knowbe4, etc.
- Proficient in server technology, from Novell to present day
- Proficient in .NET framework Proficient in MS365 Proficient in MS SQL Server
- Proficient in firewalls, including those from Sophos, Barracuda, Fortinet, CheckPoint, and others
